  • You agree to comply with all school policies, rules, and guidelines
  • You accept that these terms may be updated from time to time
2Admission & Enrollment
  • Admission to Children's House is subject to availability and the child meeting the age eligibility for the program applied for.
  • Submission of an enquiry or application does not guarantee admission.
  • The school reserves the right to decline admission without providing specific reasons.
  • All information provided during the admission process must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate withdrawal of admission.
  • A non-refundable registration fee is applicable at the time of confirmation of admission.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee and all required documents.
3Fees & Payment Policy
  • School fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.
  • Late payment may attract a late fee as communicated by the school.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the school management.
  • If a child is withdrawn mid-term, no refund of fees for the remaining period will be issued unless agreed upon in writing with the school.
  • The school reserves the right to revise fees with reasonable prior notice to parents.

⚠️ Continued non-payment of fees may result in the child being temporarily suspended from attending school until dues are cleared.

4Attendance & Punctuality
  • Regular attendance is essential for your child's learning, social development, and routine.
  • Parents must inform the school in advance if their child will be absent.
  • Children should be dropped off and picked up on time. Persistent late pickups may attract an additional charge.
  • The school is not responsible for children after school hours unless transport or extended care arrangements have been made.
  • In the case of long absences (5+ consecutive days), a medical certificate may be required before the child returns.

  • Raise concerns through appropriate channels β€” speaking directly with teachers or management, not on public social media
  • Ensure children come to school clean, well-rested, and with all necessary items
  • Avoid sending unwell children to school to protect all children and staff

🌱 The school reserves the right to withdraw a child's enrollment if parent or child conduct is repeatedly disruptive to the school community, with appropriate notice.

8Transport
  • Transport services, where available, are provided as a convenience and subject to availability in specific areas.
  • Transport fees are separate from school fees and are payable as communicated.
  • The school takes all reasonable precautions for the safety of children during transport. However, the school's liability is limited to negligence on the part of directly employed transport staff.
