Why This July Menu? 💚
Every food item is chosen for its nutritional value, seasonal availability, and suitability for growing children during Madurai's July monsoon season.
Black channa, green gram, black-eyed peas, horse gram, and black urad dal are packed with plant protein, fibre, and iron — giving children sustained energy, strong digestion, and healthy muscle development all day long.
Jamun, red banana, papaya, mangoes, jackfruit, pears, pineapple, and guava are July's monsoon-season picks — rich in Vitamin C, potassium, antioxidants, and natural hydration perfect for keeping little ones healthy and energised.
Snake gourd kootu, pumpkin sambar, drumstick leaves stir fry, dhal rice with okra, rainbow salad, veg roll, dry fruits & seeds provide iron, calcium, Vitamin K, and healthy fats — building strong immunity through the monsoon.
